1. Shipment Processing Time As all our products are handmade and often personalized, processing times vary depending on the item. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 weeks. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• EU (European Union): 2–5 business days (after shipment)

• Germany, Austria, Italy: Usually within 3 business days (after shipment)

• USA: 7–20 business days (after shipment)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during holidays or due to courier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Elitas-Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
